Eight-time Grammy Award winner Stephen Marley has released a moving new single, “Hills of St. Ann,” available now on all streaming platforms. The song is a deeply personal tribute to Saint Ann Parish — the lush, mountainous region of northern Jamaica where his legendary father Robert Nesta “Bob” Marley was born and raised in the village of Nine Mile.
Produced by Damian “Jr. Gong” Marley with co-production from Sean “Young Pow” Bennett, “Hills of St. Ann” showcases Stephen’s richly textured baritone over a vintage reggae arrangement that recalls the golden era of Jamaican roots music while sounding entirely contemporary. The accompanying visual, directed by Jemere Morgan, was filmed in the actual hills of Saint Ann, with footage of Nine Mile and the surrounding countryside providing a breathtaking backdrop.
The single arrives as Stephen prepares to embark on a series of summer concert dates across North America and Europe, building anticipation for new album material expected later in 2026.
