<p>Hey, I'm Neil Cooper-Founder and Presidentof<strong> Reach Out International Records</strong>, better known as <strong>ROIR</strong> (pronounced ROAR!!!) </p> <p>I started this label almost 20 years ago as a cassette-only label.
