About Shaka Man :

Shaka Man, born in Cambridge, Jamaica, has immense talent and his musical backround is vast. He began his musical career at a very young age playing a rattler and bass drum for the Pocomania church. The art of music has been the essence of his life since then. Taught by Rita Marley’s father Papa Roy, Shaka himself is now responsible for have taught and produced numerous well-respected reggae musicians.



He started one of the world best reggae bands, The Rastafarians, which helped launch his career and the band still performs together today. He recorded his first solo album “Baptism by Fire” with the Studio One band.
