Born in Montego Bay: Jamaica In 1972: Michael Williams a.k.a N4SA was blessed with a talent for music. After polishing his gift from a tender age: N4SAÂ felt he was ready for the world. Eleven years ago he started doing small shows around the Miami area as a youth. He then went to New York for a few years gaining insight and experience from the elders in the community.In 1992 N4SA came to Oakland: CA with a solo career in mind. He soon met Undah Privilege who was well known in the area and the two started performing together. Although the &quot-P.O.D.E.
