Jah Mason

Jah Mason is one of the most highly-rated young reggae artists today. He was born in the tribe Gad, in Jamaica, and chose the name Jah Mason, because he sees himself as a builder of righteousness. Aged 30 years, he is part of the David House crew with Capleton, Jah Thunder and Military Man. <P>
His career began under the guidance of reggae superstar Junior Reid, who produced and released Mason’s first song “Selassie I Call We”, his debut album "Keep Your Joy" in 2002 on the Ghetto Technology label, and this set featured many of his biggest dancehall anthems.
