De La Ghetto
<p>Rafael Castillo, better known as <strong>De La Ghetto</strong>, is a 24 year old New York native born in Manhattan, to a Dominican Father and Puerto Rican Mother. At the age of 8, De La Ghetto moved to San Juan, Puerto Rico where he was raised by his mother and currently resides. De La Ghetto started his music career as part of the reggaeton duo Arcangel y De La Ghetto.   The duo garnered a buzz in Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, South America and the US with the radio hits "Yo Soy el Mejor", "Siente el Bajo", "Ven y Pegate", "Ella Quiere" and "Mi Fanatica". Introduced by a mutual friend to reggaeton sensation and label CEO, Zion, Arcangel y De La Ghetto immediately signed a deal with Baby Records. Although the duo has split and Arcangel has broken ties with the label, De La Ghetto has become the prodigy of Baby Records/CMG, distributed by Universal Motown, and is preparing to release his solo debut <em>Massacre Musical</em>! </p>
<p>De La Ghetto has recorded with well known reggaetoneros and hip hop artists alike including Zion, Daddy Yankee, Hector El Father, Jowell y Randy, Arcangel, Memphis Bleek, Don Omar, Mexicano, Titi El Bambino, Ivy Queen, and Tego Calderon. The upcoming reggaeton star is featured artist on "Your Body", a spanglish track on Zion's newly released album <em>The Perfect Melody</em>, collaborative albums such <em>Gargolas The Next Generation</em>, <em>Los Rompe Discotecas</em> just to name a few, and takes the lead on the #1 summer track from <em>Reggaeton Rulers - </em>"Sensacion Del Bloque" f/ Randy.  De La Ghetto is a true performer / artist who knows his fans are the sole backbone to his music career. To keep them satiated and coming back for more, De La Ghetto promises to deliver hits on his upcoming release <em>Massacre Musical! </em></p>
