Charlie Stokes: best known to the masses from his time in Dispatch (dispatchmusic.com): has launched a new musical project entitled State Radio. State Radio has elements reminiscent of Dispatch: but also successfully integrates new themes and ideas to the music. Their first of three independent EP releases: Flag of the Shiners:\ released in 2002 through Fenway Recordings features songs such as \"\""Gunship Politico\""\"" and \""\""The Legacy of Margaret Brown:\""\"" which incorporate a reggae style: alongside \""\""Uncertain\""\"" and \""\""Mountain:\""\"" songs that scream with the intensity of multiple guitars: heavy drums and bass.
