Rasbawa
Singer author originated from Benin, Rasbawa is the son of a contractor and a singer of traditional musics. Very early it will be interested in the music and it is in Abidjan (Ivory Coast), that his ear is tightened more and more towards the music reggae.

The concerts and the festivals enable him to play with largest like <strong>ABYSSINIANS </strong>, <strong>TOOT' S </strong>, <strong>CULTURE </strong>, <strong>SKATALITES </strong>, <strong>LKJ </strong>, ect... in several large French cities like <strong> Lyon, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Montpellier, Brest, Rennes, Metz, Clermont-Ferrand, Saint- Etiennes, Orléans, Strasbourg , Belfort, Annecy, Avignon … </strong>from 1995 to 1999. <strong></strong></p>
<p><strong>1996 </strong>: Several concerts in <strong>Brixton </strong> in <strong> Hobgoblin </strong> and <strong>London </strong> in <strong>Rhythmics </strong>. </p>
<p><strong>1997 </strong>: Great success in Benin for " <strong>Black or White Image of God </strong>": more than 50 000 sold Cassettes. Price of the best artist Reggae/Ragga with the first <strong>Goldens Awards </strong>of Benin . </p>
<p><strong>1998 </strong>: Release of its second album " <strong>Passport </strong>". More than 5000 CD sold in own-production before a distribution with "Melodie". </p>
