Greographically close to the Jamaïcan heart and proposing a sociologically favorable field, it's not surprising that Brazil is one of the first stages in the world's conquest that Reggae culture brings about right now. <br>

Djambi started in 1995 in Curitiba (400 km south from Sao Paulo) from a motivation based on the meaning of the message : unify mankind in a struggle for social progress, education and freedom. It's quite natural that Djambi chose Reggae music to express themselves. Their music is a fusion between the musical lyrics in portuguese, the Brazilian rythmic culture and the strong mobilization of Reggae, give the Djambi recepee of an unique energy. <br>

Bringing to Reggae the friendlyness and multiculture of Brazil, Djambi opens up Reggae music to a much larger public without impovershing the subject. Enthousiastic and professionnal at the same time the musicians of Djambi take us with simplicity to the essence of music : dancing to open up to the one with whom we are going to build a better world. They show us day after day, that to achieve this, the road to follow towards happiness is happiness itself. <br>
