JD Smoothe

Born in Brooklyn December 13th, 1963 he had always had the love of music but never started singing until he was 15 years old. He performed on stage shows and frequently sang in churches.

His inspiration came from Sam Cooke, Stevie Wonder, Aretha Franklin and Bob Marley. His name is John Wesley Lewis, affectionately known as "JD SMOOTHE".
