At the age of twenty-eight: JohnnyRay possesses lyrical and musical talent that has impressed many in the industry over the past 14 years. In the early 90's JohnnyRay was known as DJ Kid Madness the youngest DJ in charge on the mixtape scene from NY to LA as he blessed the streets with unique blends and cuts: but he knew that it was not enough and still craved for more in the large music empire. Johnny relocated his creative ability's in 1998 by becoming a writer and head producer for the family of Dustbin Records where he fulfilled his passions and discovered his own new hidden talents.

Over the years Johnny mastered the art of chanting and layered smooth vocals and began writing a type of Dancehall/Pop style he could call his own.
